Summer just got a whole lot cooler as the Cowgirl Museum presents the Cowgirl U Workshop Summer Series, featuring a fresh lineup of hands-on, engaging classes. The series kicks off with a tasty lesson in Charcuterie!

The first class is led by cheese industry professionals and co-founders of The Art of Grazing, Amanda Pastusek and Kathryn Longbottom.
