Below is the information about the event. Please note you must check in and register with the event organizer and pay their fees. 

Gathering: June 28th. Gates open at 8 am.
Sunday 29th: parade day. 13 miles
Monday 30th: Rose creek. 13 miles.
Tuesday July 1st: Carnes Road. 17 miles.
Wednesday 2nd: Layover
Thursday 3rd: Younce Creek. 12 miles.
Friday 4th: River Bend Road. 12 miles.
Saturday 5th: Middle Burningtown road. 11 miles.
(Any days’ ride can change at wagon master’s discretion due to weather. Wagon master has the authority to change any ride to keep participants safe).

This week we will be riding on 90% pavement and 10% gravel. All stock will need shoes or other options of hoof covering. There will be hills as we will be riding in the hills of NC. IN SHAPE stock is a must for a successful trip.

Shooting Creek Band will play Tuesday evening at 8pm.

Wednesday layover day we will have a board dinner at 6:30pm. Bring a dish and join us. After dinner we will do our raffle drawings. Selling tickets for $20(only 200 being sold). 1st place will win a 44 Henry golden boy. 2nd place a 45 tundra Yeti cooler. 3rd place will win a $200 gift certificate to tractor supply.
We will have an auction after dinner. We ask any participants that have some equine related items to bring them to this ride to donate to the wagon train to be auctioned off.

Everyone responsible for bringing their own hay, feed, water for LQ or motorhomes. Water for stock only will be available.

Fee: $50 per family. That includes husband wife and all kids in home under 18.
Individual Fee: $25.
This price is whether you ride one day or all week.
You must come to registration tent to register and get your armbands. No one will be allowed out of camp with the train without signing waiver, paying fees and getting registered.

Primitive camping only. Generators welcomed.

No alcohol permitted outside your campsite (must be kept covered at all times). No alcohol at all allowed while train is out on the ride during the day.

Last ride will go out Saturday July 5th. Everyone must be out of field by noon on July 6th.
