Join the Cattle Raisers Museum during National Beef Month for "Grilling 101"! This is free to Museum members, so check your email to register, or call the Cowgirl Museum at 817-336-4475

Just in time for summer, saddle up for a fun evening where you're the chef. Learn how to properly set up and clean a grill, apply rubs and marinades, determine the best temperature for doneness, and most important- how to cook your own steak! in addition to the demonstration, you will enjoy a steak cooked by you, a salad, side, and complimentary beverages.

The event will take place in the outdoor plaza in front of 1600 Gendy Street. It will be subject to weather conditions.
