Texas' longest-running festival, starting in 1880 in Leonard, began as a picnic to celebrate the town’s founding. Over the years, this local tradition has grown into an unforgettable celebration of community and history!



LEONARD City Park

Duration: 3 days


Carnival, Live Music, Food Trucks, Vendors, Parade, Car Show, Bluey and Fireworks. Donations gladly accepted benefiting local Leonard ISD groups for parking, otherwise free admission. Bring your chair or blanket.
Neighbors Winery will be setup on Friday & Saturday to sell wine and wine slushies. Beer will be allowed on Friday and Saturday with approved and tagged coolers for $20 per cooler each night. No glass containers allowed. Follow this event for updates.
