We connect mature women with a passion for horses, fun, and friendship, both locally and globally. Through an interactive social network and various events, the community supports women in building relationships, sharing experiences, and enjoying new adventures.

Our brave and most durable Marvelous Mavericks are heading down to San Antonio to participate in the Dr. Gail Conway Memorial Ride @ River Run!

This is an endurance ride offering distances of 50 and 25 miles.

We are attending this event and strongly encourage those interested to register, research and inquire at aerc.org. On the website you will find a very detailed flyer with contact information for Eron Howell, Ride Manager.

We currently have two Abilene chapter members going and would love to hear from anyone else interested in this event.

Finishing this ride is a big accomplishment and we hope to earn our 40 Something Cowgirls some well deserved points. Let's find at least one more brave cowgirl and make this event a success!
