It’s time for a Roundup Meeting!
Let's gather for some fun, friendship, and future planning.

Meeting at Queen Amber's New Farm

Social Hour at 5:30 PM for dinner. Meeting starts at 6:00 PM.

Dinner is Potluck Style!

-- Karla will be bringing Chicken Burgers.
--Tootie is bringing buns.
--Joane is bringing Dessert.
--Angie is bringing fruit.

Please bring something to go with.

In the heart of Oregon, Mt Angel Oktoberfest brings 350,000 people to the Bavarian village every September. The Northwest's oldest and best loved Folk Festival - celebrates the fruits of the harvest, and the goodness of Creation! There is something for everyone at the Mt Angel Oktoberfest.
• Free Kindergarten with children’s activities.
• 6 Biergartens with a great selection of imported German biers and NW craft brews
• World Class entertainment from Alphorns to Alpine Rock is shared continuously on 4 stages.
• About 45 non-profit food booths serving the best Bavarian and local treats.
• Each day begins with a traditional Webertanz performed by local school children, and performances by Folk Dancers throughout the day.

You will want to bring a Lunch!

Plan to arrive No Later than 11 AM.

Will be required to warm up your horse before riding.

Please let Marla know if you will be attending so she can let the facility know how many will be in attendance.

PLEASE NOTE: If you commit you will need to plan on attending. The facility may require a reservation fee as attendance has not been as planned in the past.

Mark your calendars for our Sweet Salvage 15th Annual Harvest Fair, September 25-27

This event features everything from handmade to collected items, including food trucks, live music, treats, a campfire with smores, caramel apples, yummy specialty apple cider drinks, and Kettlecorn. And the best part is it’s opening season at the farm with pumpkins, hayrides and a corn maze.

Can’t you just smell the sweet kettle corn?

For kid-approved family entertainment, make sure to start your day on at the Community Stage! Kicking off right when the festival opens its doors at 10 AM, this year's programming features a variety of interactive performances that will delight children of all ages (and your inner child, too!). Jadi Dicksa, Musical Madcap! - A hilarious and engaging hour of clowning with music, physical comedy, audience participation, and more.

Michelle's Drum Circle Connection - An interactive community drum circle with drums provided.

Ten Tiny Dances - Young dancers perform their own choreography on a 4'x4' stage.

Sunday, Sept. 27:

Corvallis Public Library Storytime - Encourage a love of reading and ignite your child's imagination with librarian Heidi.

Musical Monster Friends - Silly, educational live music with puppets and original songs.
