The 2020 trail ride marks our 16th year! Each year we strive to make the registration process as easy as possible and one way to do that is by registering early! By doing so, at time of registration all you have to do is show us your Coggins information, pick up your welcome packet and you will be good to go! Payment by credit card will soon be available for pre-registrations. Cash and/or check will be accepted out on the trail. Registration fee this year is $175.00 per person or $50 a day and covers all meals unless otherwise noted in the brochure.

You can register and pay on line or print, complete and email/snail-mail it to the San Angelo Stock Show office.

(1) Contact Charlie Bowers (325-656-8340) to stay at the roping arena at Sterling City, TX -OR-

(2) To stay at Lake Colorado City State Park, TX. make reservations by calling 512-389-8900 OR

(3) Go to Texas State Directions to Colorado City State Park, TX from I-20, take exit 210 onto FM 2836 and follow signs to 4582 FM 2836.

You must have reservations Park hours are 8 am to 7 pm. If arriving after 7 pm you must call the State Park @ 325-728-3931 to get gate code. FYI: Water only campsites are $15 per night.

Please NO parking on grass and please pick up manure.

Spade Ranch Headquarters is approximately 15 miles south on Hwy 163 from Lake Colorado City State Park.

Release forms will be requested when you check-in for the Trail Ride. If you are registering multiple participants, the mailing address used below will be tied to all participants. If you wish to have them under unique addresses, a completely separate form will be required, as well as separate payment.
