Columbia Basin, WA – Attending BMMO Trail Ride

Woohoo, the first ride of the season is almost here!  Details are in the attached ride flyer.  Starting this year, NO ENTRY fees!!  Pay once to become an annual member and ride all season.  We want to ensure everyone’s safety at a BMMO event,  so we are requesting that everyone follow a few guidelines to keep our events as safe as possible.1.  We ask that everyone that participates practices social distancing.2.  During the pre-ride meeting, please stay at least 6 feet apart or wear a mask.   3.  Attached is the Ride Entry Form needed for the ride.  Please fill out the entry form (and membership application, if needed) ahead of time and bring it with you.  4.  Please bring exact change, or a pre-written check (made out to BMMO).5.  MOST IMPORTANT – If you don’t feel well, stay at home.  And a reminder you are riding at your own risk.

DIRECTIONS: FROM Walla Walla take Hwy 12 toward Tri Cities, at Wallula Junction take
the left split onto Hwy 730 toward Umatilla. Between Oregon Milepost 194 and 193 turn left at
Hwy 37 (across from the weigh station). Go about 300 feet and take the gravel road to the right,
down under the hwy to the park. FROM Tri Cities take Hwy I82 toward Umatilla, take the
Umatilla exit, turn left on Hwy 730 and go 10 miles to milepost 193, turn right onto Hwy 37 to
Warehouse Beach (across from the weight station). Go about 300 feet take the gravel road to the
left under the hwy to the park. Horse trailers park on the left in the designated area or along the
access road if full.
Registration: 8:30
Mandatory Ride Safety Meeting: 9:15
First riders out: 9:30

COST: Participants must be annual members or purchase a day membership for $15. Annual
Membership dues are: Adult $35, Junior $20, or Family $75.

Absolutely no alcohol, dogs, or smoking are permitted while participating in this event. Horses or mules must be at least 3 years of age.
