Mounted Orienteering is one of the most challenging and fun equestrian sports! It’s similar to a treasure hunt that tests your horsemanship and map and compass skills.  Bring a compass, hit the trail with family and friends, and enjoy the hunt!

Schedule:

Friday, Sept 11 – Ride out anytime between 2-4pm, and must be back at camp by 6:30pm

Saturday and Sunday, Sept 12 – 13

Registration: 8:45am

Mandatory Ride Safety Meeting: 9:15am

First Riders Out at 9:30am

Directions:

From Weston, OR head east on Hwy 204.  About 1/4 mile past milepost 27 turn right onto Summit Road.  Go approximately 2.8 miles and turn right at the Umatilla Rim Trail No. 3080 sign.  Watch for BMMO signs.

Absolutely no alcohol, dogs, or smoking are permitted while participating in this event.  Your horse must be at least 3 years old.
