Friday, October 2nd | 10 AM – 5:30 PM
Enjoy a FREE Family Demonstration Day featuring frontier style activities and the Youth Chuckwagon Cook-Off. Please note: No Chuckwagon meals will be served on Friday, food trucks only.

Saturday, October 3rd | 10 AM – 2:30 PM
Your ticket includes a Chuckwagon meal served from 12PM– 12:45PM, plus a full day of fun:

Cowboy cooking & frontier demonstrations
Kids’ activity area
Wild West reenactments
Cattle roping and more!

General Admission + Meal Tickets:
• Adults: $25
• Kids (12 & under): $10
• Children 2 & under: FREE

Let's ride out at East Fork and chase the sun. Meet at 3:30, cinches tight and ride at 4. Sunset at 6:17. May adjust the time as needed, but lets plan on a way to wrap up the weekend the best way we know how! Bring water, snack, all the normal trail ride things!

Join the Crossville 40 Something Cowgirls for a fall weekend filled with camping, horses, trail riding, campfires, laughter, and plenty of Cowgirl fellowship.

Come for the whole weekend or join us when you can.We have a bunkhouse: Birdhouse 2.
It will be a very busy weekend and they are almost at capacity; call for reservations and don't for get to ask for Stalls. The 4 that are in the bunkhouse don't have to call; we may have room for 1 more but will be doubling up in the cabins double beds

Let's gather at Jen's Home (759 POW Camp) and get ready for Halloween and laugh, drink, eat and create! Bring a pumpkin of your choosing and create something memorable! It can be cowgirl theme, spooky, unhinged, traditional! You can carve, paint, rhinestone that pumpkin!

Come ride with the Crossville 40 Something Cowgirls as we participate in the Veterans Day Parade and show our appreciation for the men and women who have served our country!

Riders & horses welcome

Pooper Scoopers Needed! — We’ll need a few willing volunteers to help keep the parade route tidy behind our four-legged participants!

Get your horses, red, white & blue, and Cowgirl spirit ready for a great day together.

More details will be added as the parade time and rally location are confirmed.

Join us for our November Round Up as we celebrate friendship, fellowship, and all the fun we’ve shared this year.

We’ll eat, laugh, catch up, talk about what’s coming up for the Cowgirls, and enjoy an evening with some of our favorite horse-loving gals.
