Cozumel Apple and Pear Dessert Burrito

2 med flour tortillas
1/2 C Sugar
2 T Cinnamon
1 red apple, sliced thinly
1 green pear, sliced thinly
2 T butter
1/2 C Strawberry jam
Tabasco sauce to taste
Tequila
Filling-In small sauce pan, saute apple and pears in butter, Add sugar and cinnamon. Tabasco to taste. Flambeau with tequila. Tortillas-Put the two tortillas on top of the apples and pears in pan, switch them so that they both get to absorb apple/pear sauce and get warm.
Burritos-add half apple/pear mixture on each of the middle of the tortilla. Hold up like a taco and put on plate and roll. Cut them in half. Set aside.
Sauce-In same small pan, add strawberry jam. Add Tabasco sauce to taste.
Plate-Spread half the strawberry mixture to each plate. Put tortillas cross ways on top of strawberry mixture.
Top-Using chocolate sauce to garnish. Option: nuts or caramel sauce
