1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter, softened
3 cups sugar
3 cups sifted flour
Preheat oven to 300*
Cream butter and sugar in bowl and mix well.
Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Add flour in small amounts at a time.
Pour into sprayed, floured 10 inch bundt pan and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes. Do no open oven door during baking, no matter how good it smells.
