Join the 40 Something Cowgirls as they test their artistic abilities. At this event we will be painting a cute “Ostrich”. The event will be held at Sante Fe Southwest Grill on September 26, 2024 from 6pm to 8:30pm. The $35 ticket includes everything you need: 2.5hrs of painting, stencils, 16×20 stretched canvas to take home, your own easel to work on, paint, brushes, aprons, and help from the artist so you can enjoy your masterpiece.

Come join us as we assist Rutledge clients enjoy the benefits of equine therapy. We will not be riding, but will be assisting young adults who are undergoing cancer treatments. Whether riding the trails or grooming horses, we need cowgirls there to help.
Patients will book through Rutledge at the direction of their medical advisers.
Join us to watch the thrills of a Professional Rodeo presented World Champions Rodeo Alliance at Tryon International Center. Events featured will include Bronc and Bull Riding, Steer Wrestling and Roping as well as Barrel Racing. Event starts at 7:30 and tickets (according to their website) will be going on sale soon. Enjoy a fantastic weekend working with Carson James! Come see why Carson is considered to be one of the few with a ‘total package’ approach. He says, “Horsemanship is the one and only method that will work for every horse.” Learn how to adjust your ask and timing, better read your horse, get to your horse’s mind, and improve your relationship to obtain better results. Learn techniques to deal with most any problem and how to avoid them. Come laugh, meet new friend and become a better horseman, all while spending a weekend with your horse! What could be better?
Two days of hands-on small group sessions both groundwork and mounted.

Lodging-
◇Bunkhouse lodging is available on site but space is very limited. Four bunks per room. Bring your own linens. $20/per person- per night.
◇Dry Camping – generators are welcome. $25/night
◇Hotels are available nearby in Covington, GA or Jackson, GA,

This clinic is run by Lone Star Equine Solutions at Cedar Creek Run in Greenville.

This clinic will be teaching your horse respect and obstacle training from the ground. This will enhance your relationship, communication, and trust between you and your horse.

Hope all can attend this great workshop (Basic Riding Fundamentals) with Haylee Goolsby over at Raise a Glass Ranch in Forsyth GA. Our very own 40 Something Cowgirl – Wendy Deini-Pruden – will be hosting and assisting this event. Workshop will be held on November 16th from 10:00 till 4:00. Get your deposit in early to reserve your spot! Detailed information will be posted later.
We love the stock show and Rodeo, we practically live there! If you go, take a selfie and we will add you to the roster. Specifically, we will do the following events:

you must have a physical copy of both your coggins and a health certificate to get your horse on the FWSSR grounds. No exceptions. They will not accept a coggins from your phone.
We will plan to ride in the Grand Entry so come join us!!
Must be there ready to line up at 7:00 pm to participate in the Grand Entry. Rodeo starts at 7:30.
Tickets are $10/person and kids 5 and under are free. CASH only at the gate. No online ticket sales. There will be an ATM outside the gate if need be. However, if you participate in the Grand Entry your admission is FREE!!
We will be participating in full 40SC parade gear. This being: Pink button up 40SC blouse, straw hat, boots, jeans, and pink polo wraps or splint boots on front legs of your horses and if you have the 40SC saddle pad cover you may use that as well.
