\nWe hope you’ll join us at the beautiful Franklin County Saddle C lub for a fun weekend!
\nExcellent dirt footing in all arenas\, Onsite trail course is dirt w ith wood chips some light gravel in areas.
\nMeals a re on your own. There are several restaurants nearby and delivery services such as Uber Eats and Door Dash that will deliver to the Saddle Club.
\nWe are also looking on getting food onsite. Competitors will be updat ed closer to the event. On Saturday\, there will be a potluck. We hope you ’ll join us.

\nThis event will take place at two different locations . On Friday\, The Trail Ride will be at the Richland Hors e Park\, connected to the WE Johnson Preserve. The Preserve has 236 acres of trail riding\, including equestrian-specific parking\, natural and cons tructed horse skill obstacles\, updated signage and landscaping\, a trail obstacle course and jump area. It has easy access from Hwy 240\, local acc ommodations\, shopping and restaurants nearby.
\nThose of you needin g to check in on Thursday for camping and stalls at the Franklin County Sa ddle Club will be able to do so. We are also looking into dry camping oppo rtunities at WE Johnson for Thursday night. More information will be avai lable as we get closer to the event date.
\nOn Saturday and Sunday\, the In-Hand and Mounted obstacle portions will be held a t the Franklin County Saddle Club. The Franklin County Saddle Club has 4 l ighted arenas\, onsite trail course\, wash rack\, indoor stalls\, 24 RV ca mpsites as well as dry campsites\, bathhouse with showers.

The 40Something Cowgirls and the Purple Sag e Riders of the Back Country Horsemen are again collaborating on this even t! We hope you’ll join us for a fun weekend!
\n*On Friday\, we’ll st art at WE Johnson for a fun Trail Challenge (TC) – a relaxing trail ride w ith judged obstacles along the trail and possibly in camp. All riding disc iplines are welcome..
\n*Saturday\, we will have in hand in the morn ing\, followed by a mounted Obstacle Course in the afternoon.
\nSund ay\, we’ll have a mounted Obstacle Course in the morning.
\nIn Hand (IH) – a dismounted event in an arena/field\, halter and lead rope preferr ed. All equines welcome – any size\, breed\, and age.
\nObstacle Cou rse (OC) – a mounted event in an arena/field. A saddle (treeless included) and headstall with reins are required. All riding disciplines are welcome .
\nAt the Horse Park: Course is dirt with som e wood chips and light gravel in areas. Most trails are wide and easy. Th ere may be some rocks\, gravel\, and potential water The trail is designed to be beginner safe. Please\, you know your equine and your choice is be st. Barefoot\, booted or shod.
\nAt the Saddle Club: Excellent dirt footing in all arenas\, Onsite trail course is dirt with wood chips some l ight gravel in areas.
\nMeals are on your own. Ther e are several restaurants nearby and delivery services such as Uber Eats a nd Door Dash that will deliver to the Saddle Club and Richland Horse Park. We are also looking into getting a food truck or two onsite. We will upd ate you as the event gets closer.
\nSaturday night\, we hope you’ll join us for a fun potluck in the Club House. Main dish will be provided\, please bring your favorite side or dessert.

\nStar Rider Club – You will earn a beautiful kil t pin adding copper\, bronze\, silver\, and golden star charms as you prog ress through the levels. This kilt pin will come with an Equine Trail Spor ts iron-on patch to attach it to. Rider Points accumulate no matter which equine is ridden.

\nTraveling West on I82: Take Exit 9\, Road 68. Turn left on 68 and proceed t o Argent. Turn left at Argent and continue to Road 60. Turn right on Road 60. The Saddle Club will be on the left. Please use the entrance by the Eq uine Trail Sports sign.
