\nExcellent dirt footing in all arenas\, Ons ite trail course is dirt with wood chips some light gravel in areas.
\nMeals are on your own. There are several restaurants ne arby and delivery services such as Uber Eats and Door Dash that will deliv er to the Saddle Club.
\nWe are also looking on getting food onsite. Competitors will be updated closer to the event. On Saturday\, there will be a potluck. We hope you’ll join us.

\nThis event will take plac e at two different locations. On Friday\, The Trail Ride will be at the Richland Horse Park\, connected to the WE Johnson Preserve. The Preserve has 236 acres of trail riding\, including equestrian-specifi c parking\, natural and constructed horse skill obstacles\, updated signag e and landscaping\, a trail obstacle course and jump area. It has easy acc ess from Hwy 240\, local accommodations\, shopping and restaurants nearby.
\nThose of you needing to check in on Thursday for camping and stal ls at the Franklin County Saddle Club will be able to do so. We are also l ooking into dry camping opportunities at WE Johnson for Thursday night. M ore information will be available as we get closer to the event date.
\nOn Saturday and Sunday\, the In-Hand and Mounted obs tacle portions will be held at the Franklin County Saddle Club. The Frankl in County Saddle Club has 4 lighted arenas\, onsite trail course\, wash ra ck\, indoor stalls\, 24 RV campsites as well as dry campsites\, bathhouse with showers.

*On Friday\, we’ll start at WE Johnson for a fun Trail Challenge ( TC) – a relaxing trail ride with judged obstacles along the trail and poss ibly in camp. All riding disciplines are welcome..
\n*Saturday\, we will have in hand in the morning\, followed by a mounted Obstacle Course i n the afternoon.
\nSunday\, we’ll have a mounted Obstacle Course in the morning.
\nIn Hand (IH) – a dismounted event in an arena/field\, halter and lead rope preferred. All equines welcome – any size\, breed\, and age.
\nObstacle Course (OC) – a mounted event in an arena/field. A saddle (treeless included) and headstall with reins are required. All r iding disciplines are welcome.
\nAt the Horse Park: Course is dirt with some wood chips and light gravel in areas. Most trails are wide and easy. There may be some rocks\, gravel\, and potentia l water The trail is designed to be beginner safe. Please\, you know your equine and your choice is best. Barefoot\, booted or shod.
\nAt the Saddle Club: Excellent dirt footing in all arenas\, Onsite trail course i s dirt with wood chips some light gravel in areas.
